By creating, managing, publishing, or accessing protected areas of your digital showcase, you confirm that you have read and accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the platform.

Our services are intended for individuals and organizations that are at least 18 years old or otherwise legally able to enter into a contract.

Cemiyet Vitrin delivers a premium digital showcase experience. Access opens via an access code or project agreement; you then use the content editor, management panel, and publishing tools.

• Each project's scope, duration, menu/gallery limits, and publishing period are defined in your proposal or agreement.
• When the term ends, access to the management area and/or published showcase may end.
• You are responsible for keeping your access code or panel credentials confidential.
• QR menus, reservation forms, and contact channels are technical tools; operational decisions and guest relations remain yours.

You are primarily responsible for menu content, prices, images, copy, allergen information, reservation terms, and contact details published on your showcase.

• Use only images, logos, and text you have the right to use.
• Keep menu prices, items, and allergen information accurate and up to date.
• Process personal data collected through reservation and contact forms lawfully.
• Do not publish content that violates law, consumer rights, or third-party rights.
• Do not reverse engineer, scrape, or disrupt the platform.

The platform interface, showcase templates, software, brand, and visual identity belong to or are licensed by Cemiyet Studio. You receive a limited right to use the service to create a digital showcase for your venue.

You retain rights to menu images, logos, and text you upload; you grant us the rights needed to host, display, and deliver the service.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Maintenance, security updates, or technical issues may cause downtime. We aim for reasonable continuity.

We are not liable for indirect damages arising from loss of access due to expiry or technical failure, within the limits permitted by law and the service fee paid.

Processing of personal data is governed by the Cemiyet Vitrin Privacy Policy and our KVKK notice. By using the platform, you also accept those documents.

Our services are typically sold via phone, in-person meetings, or written proposal/confirmation. Pricing, scope, and duration in your proposal apply together with these terms.

We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms, abuse is detected, or required by law. Project expiry or access code deactivation also ends the service.

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is effective when published on our website.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Istanbul (Central) courts and enforcement offices have jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer remedies.
