Refunds & Cancellation

Your package is not a physical product. The digital showcase service begins upon access code activation or the start date communicated to you.

You may request cancellation before your access code is activated and the showcase is opened. Refunds are processed within the period stated in your proposal or agreement.

Unless otherwise stated in writing, you may request a refund within 7 (seven) days of first activation, provided the showcase has not been published and no reservations or contact submissions have been received.

• Refunds are generally not accepted after a published showcase and received reservations or contact requests.
• Expiry of project or publishing term limits is not grounds for refund; these terms are stated in your proposal.
• Corporate or custom development projects may have separate refund terms.

Approved refunds are returned within 5–10 business days depending on your payment method. Access and related services are closed after approval.

If you act as a consumer, mandatory rights under distance selling and consumer law remain unaffected. This policy does not override mandatory legal provisions.
