By activating your access code, using the invitation editor, or entering any protected area, you confirm that you have read and accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the platform.

Our services are intended for individuals who are at least 18 years old or otherwise legally able to enter into a contract.

Cemiyet Studio is an invite-only premium experience. Access opens with a personal access code issued to you. After activation, you may use the editor, dashboard, and publishing tools.

• Each access code has draft limits, publish limits, and time conditions (editor expiry, public expiry) defined by us.
• When the editor expiry date passes, the host workspace closes; when the public expiry date passes, the guest invite page and RSVP close.
• If a code is deactivated or expires, access ends; unpublishing may also apply separately.
• You are responsible for keeping your access code confidential and not sharing it with unauthorized third parties.

You are primarily responsible for the text, images, and other content you publish; the invite link you share with guests; and processing guest information collected through RSVP in compliance with applicable law.

• Use only images and text you have the right to use.
• Collect and share guest data only for legitimate purposes related to your event.
• Do not publish content that violates law, third-party rights, or public morals.
• Do not reverse engineer, scrape, abuse, or disrupt the platform.

The platform interface, theme designs, software, brand, and visual identity belong to or are licensed by Cemiyet Studio. You receive a limited right to use the service to create your invitation experience.

You retain rights to content you upload or enter; you grant us the rights needed to host, display, and deliver the service.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Maintenance, security updates, or technical issues may cause downtime. We aim for reasonable continuity.

We are not liable for indirect damages arising from loss of access due to expiry, code status, or technical failure, within the limits permitted by law and the service fee paid.

Processing of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy and KVKK notice. By using the platform, you also accept those documents.

Our services are typically sold via phone, in-person meetings, or written proposal/confirmation. Pricing, scope, and duration in your proposal apply together with these terms.

We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms, abuse is detected, or required by law. Code expiry or deactivation also ends access.

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is effective when published on our website. Material changes may be communicated by reasonable means.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Istanbul (Central) courts and enforcement offices have jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer remedies.
