Refund and Cancellation Policy

Your package is not a physical product. Service begins at code activation or the start date communicated to you.

You may cancel before your access code is activated and before service use begins. Refunds follow the timeline in your proposal or contract.

Unless your written proposal states otherwise, you may request a refund within 7 (seven) days of first activation if the invitation has not been published and no RSVPs have been received.

• Refunds are generally not accepted after publish and RSVP collection.
• Expiry of editor or public limits is not grounds for refund; these are stated in your proposal.
• Organizer or corporate packages may have separate refund terms.

Email [email protected] from the address used at purchase with your order/proposal reference. We will respond in writing after review.

Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days depending on payment method. Banks may add delay. Access is closed after approval.

If you act as a consumer, mandatory rights under distance selling and consumer law remain unaffected.
